Front Range Nesting Bald Eagle Studies (FRNBES) is a Colorado-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to the study and conservation of nesting and winter roosting Bald Eagles in the northern Colorado Front Range.
FRNBES accomplishes its mission through scientific observation of eagles and dissemination of data to federal, state, local agencies, and the public. We strive to protect near-nest areas by partnering with local power companies to mitigate electrocution and collision hazards, and utilize legal advocacy, public education, and outreach to counter proposed actions that will adversely impact eagles.
As a small Colorado based nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Front Range Nesting Bald Eagle Studies (FRNBES) is always eager to partner with, collaborate, and obtain financial support that will enable us to continue our mission directed toward research and conservation of nesting and winter roosting Bald Eagles in the northern Colorado Front Range. If interested in partnering with or providing financial support to FRNBES, we ask that you direct all inquiries to our Board President, Dana Bove so we can schedule a more personal conversation.
Keep up with important events that affect the Front Range Eagles! Celebrate with us as we share news about egg laying, eaglets hatching and growing strong—learning to be mighty eagles entering the world of Nature. Keep informed as we expose threats to the Bald Eagles and their habitats through human encroachment.
